Installments are due by the 1st of each month. You can pay this through your resident portal with a debit/credit card or e-check. You can also bring in or mail a check or money order to 613 Walnut Avenue #1A.
A guarantor is a co-signer for your lease agreement and allows us to qualify you for your lease based on their income. At our discretion, a resident can act as their own guarantor if they can show documentation as outlined in the lease agreement that they have income greater than three times the rental installment.
Renter’s insurance is required for all residents at the property. Residents are able to enroll in the Sentosa Trust Liability Insurance Program which covers fire, smoke, falling objects and water damage for $12.99 per month. While residents may obtain their own insurance as well, they will be automatically enrolled in the program if they fail to provide their own.
